Believe it or not, there are a few websites which are speculating that Leighton Meester had plastic surgery! They claim the beautiful actress had a nose job some time ago and this before and after photo above is what they are judging by...Looks to me like its nothing more than two different angles of the same nose, completely untouched by plastic surgery.
